I think you&#039;ll love it. I&#039;ve been making it for years. Jared thought the same thing! I haven&#039;t tried it but let me know how it works out. With the broiler method, the oven is on very little, which is important during summer. (At least here where there is hardly any air conditioning!!) I think it would work well though. For this batch, I just sliced the zucchini before bed and made the dish after breakfast.]]></description>
